sleep deprivation and reaction time

Studies have shown that sleep deprivation and reaction time correlate.  Whether you have trouble sleeping or not, individuals need some amount of sleep to be able to function in their daily lives.  How much sleep each person needs varies but whatever amount, some amount of sleep is necessary.

A mom shares her views on sleeping remedies.  "Many factors affect the mood and behaviors of a child or youth with Asperger Syndrome and sleep deprivation is definitely a major factor. Coping with daily life can be a struggle for neurotypical people suffering from sleep deprivation causing edginess, impatience and depression.
