aspergers disease or Asperger Syndrome is a specific sub-type of Autism which is a neurological disorder.  Those with this disease are typically the higher functioning individuals within the the Autism Spectrum.  Unfortunately, most people with this Aspergers have problems dealing with people and tend to center their life and conversations around themselves.
